ITB-11-0015 - Request for Qualifications for Consulting Architectural Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking qualification statements for the purpose of hiring a full service, on-call architectural firm to meet its needs for federal grant funded projects. The successful company should have experience in the following areas: retrofitting parts of existing buildings; building expansion; capital replacement of equipment and parts of structures; evaluation on maintenance and smaller capital needs for equipment replacement, small renovations, repairs and special projects. Evaluations, studies, advice and recommendations on an ongoing basis may be required. All architectural disciplines could be required as well. 

The successful company (ies) will be required to enter into a contract with and provide insurance acceptable to the City of Southfield. The contract will be for a two (2) year period with an option to renew for an additional one year period. The City reserves the right to contract with one or more companies, if that action is deemed to be in its best interest.
