The Southfield Growth Corporation (SGC) is seeking qualification statements for the purpose of contracting with full service Realtor/Broker firm(s). The successful firm(s) will be responsible for working with the SGC to identify Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)-qualified and mortgage-ready home buyers and matching these buyers to a pre-determined list of the approximately eighteen (18) homes currently owned by the SGC.
