SOQ-16-056 - Request for Statement of Qualifications - Demolition of Northland

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) solicitation is to request and assemble basic technical and economic information associated with contractors that may be interested in providing demolition services as required by the City of Southfield (City). The pre-qualification process will document key performance qualifications (i.e., areas of construction trades, expertise, experience, personnel, and financial capabilities) of all interested contractors. 

The City is seeking qualification statements from companies that: 1) have provided similar of demolition services, 2) can demonstrate a minimum of five years of expertise and experience 3) have not been found to have defaulted on a contract, within the last five years.
