Description

The City of Southfield Downtown Development Authority (“SDDA”), commonly called the “Cornerstone Development Authority” (CDA) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform landscape maintenance services within the SDDA boundaries for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027. Maintenance is to be done during the growing season from April through November, and year-round trash collection to be done every week during the three-year contract term. The SDDA may consider an option to renew the contract annually for two additional years, so an adjusted quote for an additional two years shall also be included in contractor’s Proposal.
