Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076 up to 11:00 A.M., Local Time on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 for the 2016 Infrastructure Program – Section 34 Phase 2 – Watermain and Road Replacement. Bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by the City in Water Main Construction. Contractors who have not been prequalified are invited to submit prequalification packages by no later than March 14, 2016 per the requirements listed in the Contractor Qualifications - 2016-2018 Infrastructure Improvement Projects document on the MITN.info website SOQ-16-033.
