Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076 up to 11:30 A.M., Local Time on Monday, March 14, 2016 for the Section 15 – Kingsley Estates - Water Main and Paving Improvements. Bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by the City in either Water Main Construction or Concrete Road Construction. Contractors who have not been prequalified are invited to submit prequalification packages by no later than February 22, 2016 per the requirements listed in the Contractor Qualifications (SOQ-16-033) - 2016-2018 Infrastructure Improvement Projects document.
