Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield (City) on behalf of the Housing Commission (Commission) is seeking qualification-based proposals for one or more Section 8 HQS Inspection company (ies) with two or more HQS certified staff and one administrative staff person to conduct initial, annual, follow-up and special inspections for its Section 8 Voucher program. The successful company will be required to enter into a one (1) year contract with an option to extend for an additional year, as well as provide proof of insurance acceptable to the City/Housing Commission.
