Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, as part of a comprehensive and proactive program to control and manage its aging sewer infrastructure and to more efficiently maintain and extend the life of the system, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors able to perform maintenance and rehabilitation services on an as needed basis.

The attached document will be used to select a contractor, to perform these services for a three (3) year period with the option to renew for an additional two year period.
