Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, P.O. Box 2055, Southfield, Michigan, 48037-2055 up to 3:00 p.m., Local Time on Thursday, June 7, 2007 for the 2007 Sidewalk Repair Program (S.A.D. SW-1170). Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Friday, May 25, 2007 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $30.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield. A certified check, cash or surety bid bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal.
