RFP-07-000074 - Telephone Infrastructure Technology

Summary of Specifications:
•Upgrade or replace voice server hardware and software to the latest supported Cisco versions. 

•Upgrade network switch and router software versions as necessary to maintain compatibility, future support, and mitigate security risks with current versions. 

•Implement a redundant Unity voicemail system 

•Identify and improve any existing inefficiencies that may exist with the current design and demonstrate how a new proposed design will optimize the existing infrastructure. 

•Ensure Cisco Smartnet coverage for all hardware and software specified in the proposed upgrade. 

•Design a flawless migration plan to avoid downtime of telephony services and execute it. 

•Assigned Project Manager (PM) with a not to exceed budget that must be managed properly to achieve the scope of the upgrade.
