Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking bids to establish contract pricing on the purchase of deciduous trees for The Ash Tree Reforestation Program. Items are to be quoted according to specified brands. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED. The City’s preference is to contract with one company to supply all of the items. However, we reserve the right to split the award by item number or award on a low total basis for all items, whichever is deemed to be in our best interest.
