Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a tree trimming and removal services contract and perform these services on an as-needed basis. The successful company must have the equipment; personnel; 24 hour - 7 days per week availability for emergencies; as well as the expertise to carry out the duties outlined herein.

Identify companies that would be willing to offer contract prices to individual homeowners for residential work, to be performed at the request of, and paid for by the homeowner. Please see the pricing sheet under Lot 3 Tree Removal Alternate 2.

This contract may be subject to the City’s Living Wage Ordinance. Copies of the ordinance requirements have been included in this document.
