Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting bids on turf maintenance services in accordance with the attached specifications, proposed contract documents and insurance requirements at various locations in the city (see the attached maps). The bid is divided into four (4) lots. Lot I consists of large sites; Lot II consists of smaller sites; Lot III is for weeding and weed control for various sites; and Lot IV is for bed maintenance for each of the five (5) fire stations. Bidders may offer pricing on one or all lots, but must bid on all of the sites and all of the services shown within the lot.
