RFP-08-000069 - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the following required services: 1-Install a full room UPS in the computer room 2-Replace rack mounted UPS’ in Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) closets 3-Provide PDU (Power Distribution Units) for the recommended UPS unit in the computer room 4-Refresh batteries in IDF closets where appropriate 5-Ensure load balance is optimal for all power requirements including scalability 6-Offer “Go Green” solutions to cut energy consumption 7-Providing and verifying the proper specifications for power capacity, outlet capacity, warranty, alarms, and managed software 8-Submit a migration plan to minimize downtime of data and telephony services for employees 9-Assign a Project Manager (PM) to manage this not to exceed budget and monitor the installation of all UPS’.
