Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the installation, operation and management of on-site vending machine services for various City facilities. "Qualified vendors" shall include those that have provided services as outlined in this proposal for a minimum of five (5) years, has the demonstrated ability and financial resources to carry out the responsibilities as described. The vendor will be held to have inspected the facilities to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. Failure to inspect will not constitute grounds for additional changes. Therefore, a pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at 26000 Evergreen Road, Parks & Recreation Building, Room 111. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for all companies submitting a proposal.
