Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide mowing services (all labor, materials and equipment) as described in these specifications. Areas shall be maintained with a crisp, clean appearance and as otherwise noted herein. This agreement shall be in effect for a one year period and may be renewed by the City for three, one year periods. The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a contract with the City and provide proof of insurance acceptable to the City. Copies of these insurance requirements have been included in the specifications.
