Description

The city of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified companies for interior and exterior window cleaning services in accordance with the attached specifications. Companies will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, expertise, and supervision to perform this work. The successful company will be required to enter a contract with and provide insurance acceptable to the City. The contract period will be one year, with an option to extend for 2 additional 1-year periods. Copies of these requirements has been included for your review.
