Summary of Specifications:
The proposed project consists of the placement of backflow preventers in the homes of those residents who qualify under the CDBG program. This project will consist of the removal of the concrete floor and whatever surface treatment that may be covering the floor and installation of backflow preventers along with the restoration of the concrete surface. The anticipated start date is November 2, 2015 and substantially completed by April 1, 2016 with final completion by April 15, 2016
