1. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or
bid bond, in the sum
of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any
information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days
after the date of bid opened.
2. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract,
to furnish, satisfactory Certificates of Insurance as required in the Subcontract Agreement
(refer to project manual).
3. Unless otherwise specifically set forth, this Project is subject to state sales and/or use
taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal.
4. Voluntary Alternates are welcome and encouraged. Voluntary alternates will be
evaluated and may be the basis for contract award.
