Summary of Specifications:
This project involves the renovation of 2,700 sf of the 2nd floor of the Southgate City Hall for relocation of the Southgate School District Offices. The work will include demolition of some existing partition walls and ceilings to facilitate the new office space plan. The renovations will include new partitions, doors, interior windows and renovated floors and ceilings. Electrical, mechanical and data updates will also be included in the scope of work. The anticipated start date will be November 1, 2011.
