Summary of Specifications:
The proposed project consists of the removal of hazardous materials within the existing building located at 18640 Walnut, Southgate, MI 48195. This material to be removed shall include those items that may be considered containing asbestos. All asbestos related and hazardous material shall be disposed of by a qualified contractor at a landfill that will accept the materials. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is March 30, 2015 and substantially completed by May 1, 2015 with final completion by May 29, 2015
