Summary of Specifications:
The City of St. Clair Shores is interested in purchasing or leasing a new fleet of golf carts for St. Clair Shores Golf Club.

The City is requesting each bidder provide four separate purchasing scenarios for the City’s consideration:

1. Purchase of (75) New 48 Volt Electric Golf Carts

2. Purchase of (75) New 48 Volt Electric Golf Carts over three(3) years in lots of 25 per Year

3. Fair Market Value Lease of (75) New 48 Volt Electric Golf Carts

4. Municipal Lease of (75) New 48 Volt Electric Golf Carts with $1.00 Buy Out

Trade In Allowance: St. Clair Shores Golf Club will be trading in Club Car Precedent 48 Volt electric carts with chargers. Model years; 2006 (25), 2007 (25), 2008 (25). Total number of carts for trade will be (75).
