Description

The City of St. Clair Shores is looking for a contractor to periodically test commercial water meters to respond to customer requests or for other purposes. The City is looking for a contractor to test (as-needed) large meters based on size or other criteria. The City will provide the list of meters to be tested. All work will be completed at the direction of the City.

Meter testing must meet AWWA specifications for meter model/type and volume/flow rate.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081-2093, up to 10:30 A.M., local time, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The envelopes containing the Bids must be sealed, addressed to Abrial Hauff, City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081-2093 and marked on the outside of the envelope with the name of the Project for which the bid is submitted.

A complete bid tabulation will be posted after the opening to the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website.
