Description

The City of St. Clair Shores is soliciting a request for proposals from qualified firms for a multi-year, to
provide professional maintenance and asset management for its 4 million gallon welded steel Water Tank located on the north west corner of 10 Mile Road and Harper Avenue in the City of St. Clair Shores. The water tank is in need of immediate painting of the exterior and interior surfaces. At its option, the City may consider extending the contract past the initial 5-year agreement with the selected firm if the selected contractor’s performance is satisfactory.
