Vinyl tile under carpet can stay. Deliver and install approximately 405 square feet Class 5 porcelain tile 18” x 18” C.R.W. Ferrara, Nero or Mannington. (Also include price upgrade for unglazed 17.7” x 17.7” porcelain Olympic Tile.) Install matching ceramic base in kitchen and dining areas including toe kicks of cabinets, and grout throughout. Price to include floor prep, installation of surface bull nose, and schluter. Deliver and install approximately 27 square yards Kraus Yorktown 28 oz. BCF nylon commercial carpet to be glued in designated area approximately 16’ x 9’. Install carpet base where needed.
