General Specifications: •City newsletter published up to 8 (eight) times per year, 22 3/4" x 17" flat (folded to 8 1/2" x 11 1/2") one/four-color ink on 50 offset. City will supply text files on disc with a mock-up/or in a compatible publishing file format. •Section #1: Pre-press: layout, copy fit, scan photos or art (may be supplied on disc or hard copy), perform all necessary cropping/fitting around copy/photos, supply City with proof before printing. Also include PDF file for City Website. Typesetting time average 35 hours for 8 pages; 22 hours for 4 pages straight time Section #2: Printing: Print and fold 28,000 copies and deliver to distribution company Section #3: Distribution: Deliver to 28,000 households, apartment and condo residences and businesses Bidder may submit a bid on a single section, bids on two sections or a three section package bid. • Samples of the online version of the City newsletter, Inside St. Clair Shores, is available for viewing at www.scsmi.net under the “Quick Access: Links” or the “Ticker,” which is scrolled across the home page.
