Signed proposals for the purchase of the City of St. Clair Shores (the “City”) Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015 (the “Bonds”) will only be accepted on or before Thursday, December 3, 2015, until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
