The proposed project consists of complete rehabilitation of an existing 200,000 gallon abandoned water tower located along Masonic Boulevard near the St Clair Shores Golf Club.
-Paint/coating
-New steel support columns and bracing
-Removal and replacement of existing column baseplates and anchors
-Repair to existing footings and site restoration

Anticipated start date is March 1, 2023 with substantial completion by July 1, 2023.
