RFP-TD-Concessions 2016 - Concession Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of St. Clair Shores (SCS) is seeking concession contractors to provide batting cage operations, food and beverage service at Kyte Monroe Sports Complex. Concessionaires may propose food and beverage service at up to (3) additional optional sites: Library Café, Lac St. Clair Pool & Harbor and Veterans Memorial Park with varying hours of operation and activities. Proposals will be accepted to operate all four (4) sites, individual sites, or a group of sites. Each Bidder must clearly identify their knowledge of concession operations, food safety practices, contract relations, customer service and demonstrate financial stability. A contract will be negotiated with the successful bidder(s); the contract term will be for five (5) years with a possible five (5) year extension.
