Summary of Specifications:
Install a fully adhered EPDM Roof system. Install 1.5” ISO Insulation Board to roof. Install .060 ml fully adhered EPDM roof system. Install all new metal edge around perimeter. Install all flashing and penetration accessories as needed. Apply a reflective urethane coating to promote energy efficiency. Provide a 10 year renewable warranty which will cover any leaks due to product failure or workmanship. The renewable warranty is to cover an additional 10 years if a fresh coating of urethane is applied prior to expiration of the original 10 year warranty.
