Summary of Specifications:
The City of St. Clair Shores is seeking to provide the community with a billing and electronic data capture function that is efficient and effective. The City believes that leading-edge technology and relative experience are the key elements to ensure a successful billing and data capture solution. The City desires to enter into a contractual agreement with a governmental or private sector ambulance billing and/or data capture service.
