Summary of Specifications:
The City of St. Clair Shores (hereafter “City”) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms interested in providing complete engineering and surveying services for the City. The City, population 60,000, is roughly 11.5 square miles in area, located in Macomb County, Michigan. As a minimum standard, bidders for this proposal must present evidence that they are licensed in the State of Michigan, experienced in civil engineering and surveying, and have provided municipal services for communities of comparable size as further specified in this RFQ.
