The City of St Clair Shores, Macomb County, Michigan invites Bids on the form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of St. Clair Shores, until the time and date stated in the "Advertisement for Proposals". The envelopes containing the Proposals must be sealed, addressed to Abrial Barrett, City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081-2093 and marked on the outside of the envelope “LaVon Seawall Repair.” The envelope must also include the name and address of the Bidder.
