ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WAHBY PARK COLUMN REPAIRS CITY OF ST. CLAIR SHORES
Sealed proposals will be received at the offices of the City Clerk , City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson Circle Dr., St. Clair Shores, Michigan, 48081, until 10:30 a.m., local time, Tuesday, February 9, 2010 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for Wahby Park Column Repairs , on Jefferson Avenue, between Nine Mile Road and Ten Mile Road.
The drawings and specifications under which the work will be done may be examined at the office of the City Clerk and copies may be obtained on, or after, Tuesday, January 19, 2010.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond, made payable to the City Treasurer. The Proposal shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the bids.
The right is reserved by the City of St. Clair Shores to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive irregularities in any bid, in the best interest of the city.
