The bid will be for the sale and delivery of a Zero Turn- center mounted, laser ready, field groomer. Machine must be equipped with a drivetrain that features a commercial-grade 23 hp (747cc) Kohler Command PRO EFI engine, 2-stage cyclonic canister air filter, and a commercial hydrostatic drive system that directly couples the drive pumps to the engine, eliminating belts or equivalent to. Machine should consist of fingertip hydraulic command of spring mid-mount pitch & tilt system and rear-mount swivel-lift system. The advanced hydraulics system must enable complete automated control of mid-mount attachments for zero-turn laser grading and grooming. Mid and rear systems need to be configured for quick change of multifunctional rake and grooming attachments. Machine needs to be laser mount ready. Machine must consist of a commercial 24-Month limited chassis warranty and 36-Month unlimited hour engine warranty. The following attachments or equivalent to should be included:
60” wide, vibraflex infield drag with changeable U-pins to shatter surface tension with 1/4” pins preinstalled, or equivalent too.
60” stealth blade attachment for relief of subsurface compaction designed to prevent soil ridges. Also designed for weeding and vegetation removal off an infield skin, or equivalent too.
6’ rigid drag mat with levelling bar for levelling, smoothing, and finishing. Attachment should be designed to float material from high areas into low areas without following small ground contours. Must mount to an articulating hydraulic lift system. Equipped with an adjustable linkage to set desired results, or equivalent too.
24" air-less rear tires designed with polyurethane spokes, which fulfil the shock-absorbing role provided by the compressed air in a traditional tire, and 13" front air-filled casters, or equivalent too.
