Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for the 2013 Concrete Replacement Program, City Project #13-238 and the Tyler Drive Concrete Pavement Repairs, City Project #11-224. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 14,135 s.y. of concrete pavement and 3,300 s.f. of sidewalk work and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. The Tyler Drive Concrete Pavement Repairs portion is a Federal Aid Project through the Community Development Block Grant. The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Act as detailed in the bid specifications.
