Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for the 2014 Concrete Sectional Replacement Program, City Project #14-248 and the Indigo Drive & Elmcrest Drive Reconstruction, City Project #13-247. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately approximately 45,000 s.y. of concrete pavement and 7,000 s.f. of sidewalk work for local city roads and to remove and replace approximately 5,675 s.y. of concrete pavement and 8,000 ft. of joint spall repair for major city roads, and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. The Indigo Drive & Elmcrest Drive Reconstruction portion is a Federal Aid Project through the Community Development Block Grant.
