ITB-SH16-CP16-281_282_286 - 2016 Concrete Sectional Program, Comstock Drive, Ryan Road Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for the 2016 Concrete Sectional Replacement Program, City Project #16-281, Comstock Drive Reconstruction, City Project #16-282, and Ryan Road Concrete Repairs, 15 Mile Road to Metropolitan Parkway, City Project #16-286 will be received by the City Clerk for the City of Sterling Heights, until 2:30 p.m., Local Time on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. The work includes concrete removal and replacement, sidewalk work and other associated work as itemized in the proposal. The Comstock Drive Reconstruction portion is a Federal Aid Project through the Community Development Block Grant. The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Act as detailed in the bid specifications. Printed plans and specifications will be on file on or after Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Office of the City Clerk of Sterling Heights. A fee of forty-seven ($47.00) dollars payable to the City of Sterling Heights will be required on the project plans and specifications. Please see bid specifications for more information.
