Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for the 2017 Concrete Sectional Replacement Program, City Project #17-294 and Arlingdale Drive Reconstruction, City Project #16-290 will be received by the City Clerk for the City of Sterling Heights, until 2:30 p.m., Local Time on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. The work includes concrete removal and replacement, sidewalk work and other associated work as itemized in the proposal. The Arlingdale Drive Reconstruction portion is a Federal Aid Project through the Community Development Block Grant. The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Act as detailed in the bid specifications. Printed plans and specifications will be on file on or after Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Office of the City Clerk of Sterling Heights. A fee of forty-eight ($48.00) dollars payable to the City of Sterling Heights will be required on the project plans and specifications. Please see bid specifications for more information.
