The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive electronic bids until Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. for the 2023 Sidewalk Gap Completion Program, City Project #21-381 at the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to cold-mill approximately 40,000 s.f. of sidewalk and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal.
A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
