ITB-SH07-039 - Bus Service for Summer Playground Field Trips

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for bus service for summer playground field trips to cover the period of June and July 2008. (As an option, vendors may also supply pricing for June and July 2009 at this time. Total costs for optional 2009 pricing should be based on the 2008 requirements only for determination of the successful bidder and will be adjusted as needed when 2009 dates are available.) Trip arrangements will be completed by the City of Sterling Heights staff with buses only provided by the successful vendor. 

Vendor must be able to provide round trip transportation for eight (8) one-day trips per year. 

Each trip will require from two (2) to eight (8) school buses or motor coaches. Motor coaches include buses with or without restroom facilities.
