RFP-SH11-002 - CONCESSION SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals for Concession Services until Friday, March 4, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Rd., Sterling Heights, MI 48313. Specifications are attached. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 40555 Utica Rd., Sterling Hts., MI 48313. The City of Sterling Heights is requesting written proposals for the provision of Concession Services at Joseph J. Delia and L.W Baumgartner Parks. Vendors may submit proposals for only one park or for both parks. The contract will begin on April 1, 2011 and continue through November 30, 2013 with an option for additional extension(s) upon mutual consent of both parties. It is expected that only one vendor will be selected for each park.
