The City of Sterling Heights, in cooperation with Integrated Design Solutions and Roncelli, Inc., is undertaking renovations to the four major facilities situated on the Richard J. Notte City Center campus (collectively the project). Funding for this project has been secured through the sale of capital improvement bonds in 2018. A general description of the renovations and upgrades to be completed under this project is set forth in the narratives and documents included in this ITB.

Interested contractors are suggested to attend to ask any questions they may have in preparation of their proposal. Administrative staff from the City of Sterling Heights, Roncelli, Inc.
