Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for the following two City Projects: #09-202 SMART Bus Stop Improvements and #10-209 2010 ADA Sidewalk Ramp Replacement Program. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 12,000 s.f. of concrete sidewalk (5 ft. wide), install detectable warning strips, and to perform other associated work. Plans and specifications will be on file on or after March 1, 2010 at the Office of the City Clerk for a fee of $42.00. This is a Federal Aid Project through the CDBG. The Davis-Bacon Act is applicable.Additional details are provided on the attached announcement.
