ITB-SH05-067 - Concession Operations at Baumgartner and Delia Parks

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is receiving sealed bids for a two (2) year lease of the Concession Facilities at L.W. Baumgartner and Joseph J. Delia Parks. The contract will begin on April 1, 2006 and continue through November 30, 2008 with an optional two-year extension upon mutual consent of both parties. 

Successful bidder will agree to operate a miscellaneous refreshment concession upon the terms and conditions contained in this bid, each and every day of the operating season, to keep the facilities open to the public at reasonable rates, and to sell and dispense upon the facilities, miscellaneous refreshments and beverages in quantities adequate for the needs of the public.
