Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to solicit offers from qualified firms to provide a credit/debit card method of bill paying to the City of Sterling Heights. The City's residents are currently allowed the flexibility of paying bills through credit cards and/or ATM/debit cards since 2001. The City is seeking the most current and efficient payment methods available by credit card, Internet, and/or ATM/debit cards. The City's objective is to provide alternative payment methods to the residents to supplement existing options.
