The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals for CUSTODIAL / JANITORIAL SERVICES until THURSDAY, APRIL 26, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on THURSDAY, APRIL 12, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in City Council Chambers located in City Hall, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313. A Walk-thru of facilities will take place on SATURDAY, APRIL 14, 2012 at 8:00 A.M. Please meet in Council Chambers at City Hall and be prepared to start the walk-thru promptly at 8:00 A.M. Specifications will be available at www.mitn.info before, or on, the date of the Pre-Proposal Meeting. See Attached Advertisement. The City invites response from any custodial – janitorial service company that is qualified and is willing to meet the minimum requirements as stated in this Request for Proposals. The specifications and requirements will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City. The submission of a proposal hereunder shall be considered evidence that the contractor is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity, and quality of the work to be performed.
