Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights invites companies that meet the qualifications contained in this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Digital Forensics System to submit sealed proposals. Each company submitting a proposal should include a detailed description of the equipment and services being offered plus any other relevant information that might be beneficial to the City in evaluating proposals. The purpose of this RFP is as follows: · Consolidate two existing Forensic Recovery of Evidence Device (FRED) units into a centralized processing and storage location to provide long-term expandability and storage. · Provide a stronger and faster system for processing digital evidence for city, state, and federal cases.
