Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for the demolition and removal of the building and structures located at 40045 Utica Road, Sidwell #10-14-151-012. WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 15, 2006.

The work includes the demolition and removal of the 1,396 square foot two-story house with basement and appurtenances, including detached garage, metal pole on east side of the lot, brick fireplace, pine trees, oil storage tank in the basement, and concrete walkways around the house.

Plug abandoned well per Macomb County Health Department requirements. Abandon Septic tank and field per MCHD requirements.

Repair any public sidewalk damaged by demolition and removal of the building.

Install any necessary temporary soil erosion control measures.
