Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partially demolish existing signs and design, construct and install fieldstone Welcome Signs at two City locations: (1) 14 Mile Road and Van Dyke (primary sign) and (2) Metropolitan Parkway and Dequindre (secondary sign) with an additional optional (secondary) sign located at Metropolitan Parkway and Hayes to be installed within a one year period.
